Where can the gift card be redeemed?
Gift vouchers can be used at our clinic in Weybridge, Surrey for all treatments (including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, Profhilo®, HydraFacial®, Morpheus8®, laser therapies) as well as professional medical-grade skincare.
Can the recipient use the voucher as partial payment?
Yes. If the treatment cost exceeds the gift card amount, the recipient can simply pay the remaining balance. If there is remaining credit on the gift card, it stays on their client profile for subsequent visits.
How does the 3–5 days free delivery and 24h express post work?
Our luxury physical vouchers are presented in a signature embossed presentation wallet with ribbon detailing. Standard Royal Mail delivery is completely free (3–5 working days). If you require urgent delivery, select Express 24h for £7.50 tracked next working day delivery.
